What are cookies?

In Internet Explorer, click Tools > Internet Options > Privacy and verify you are on Medium or Medium High setting. Anything higher refuses cookies.
Shipping Info:
Since we've been open 29+ years ago, we have charged our customers only what UPS or US Mail have charged to send your shipment. Two years ago, we started adding $1.00 to each shipment to cover the ever increasing costs of shipping supplies (tape, boxes, mailing envelopes, etc.)
If you do not have a special way you want us to ship your order, please let us choose the method - click on the “Best Way”. So many times we have had to call a customer who marked “UPS” for a couple of bits or burs that would cost them $10+ for shipping, when we could send them for less than $2 by US Mail.
There still is no minimum order. You can order a single pair of bird eyes or a ruby carver or whatever. We will ship that pair of eyes in a small mailing envelope for $0.83 postage + $1.00 which is much less than paying $5.95, $6.95 or $7.95+ minimum shipping charges that so many of our competitors have. If an order is $150.00+, we generally ship UPS because it can be tracked should something happen to the package.
