Helli Mayr, Austrian Master Carver, has been teaching classes around the world for a number of years. His unique carving style revolves around skews and gouges - no straight knives involved. Helli perfers 8" Euro tools for ease of handling and control. The 6 piece add-on set supplements the basic set with another skew and a variety of shallow and deep gouges. Helli's set includes: #2 3mm, 1/8" skew - #3 12mm, 1/2" gouge - #3 18mm, 11/16" gouge - #5 4mm, 1/8" gouge - #5 8mm, 5/16" gouge and a #8 12mm, 1/2" gouge.
