Since we've been open 30+ years ago, we have charged our customers only what UPS or US Mail have charged to send your shipment. A few years ago, we started adding $1.00 to each shipment to cover the ever increasing costs of shipping supplies (tape, boxes, mailing envelopes, etc.)
If you do not have a special way you want us to ship your order, please let us choose the method - click on the “BEST WAY – Lowest cost possible”. There still is no minimum order. You can order a single pair of bird eyes or a ruby carver or whatever. If an order is $150.00+, we generally ship UPS because it can be tracked should something happen to the package.

Whittling Pencils

PLEASE NOTE: The plastic pencils Randy talks about in his new book are not available and haven't been for many, many years. That is the reason we searched world-wide to find a decent substitute and found the ones made out of basswood. Before ordering a massive quantity, we sent samples to Randy for his approval and he said that they were carving very nicely.
He originally wrote and self-published the book when plastic pencils were available. He was unable to change the wording in his book prior to publication.
