Since we've been open 29+ years ago, we have charged our customers only what UPS or US Mail have charged to send your shipment. A few years ago, we started adding $1.00 to each shipment to cover the ever increasing costs of shipping supplies (tape, boxes, mailing envelopes, etc.)
If you do not have a special way you want us to ship your order, please let us choose the method - click on the “BEST WAY – Lowest cost possible”. There still is no minimum order. You can order a single pair of bird eyes or a ruby carver or whatever. If an order is $150.00+, we generally ship UPS because it can be tracked should something happen to the package. |

My carving arm ordered on the third of this month arrived here in Whitehorse today the ninth. Your catolog is now on the top of the pile and is from now on first choice. Everywhere else I looked the carving arm was 83$ and 24$ from you and still cheaper (more economical) after adding the shipping charges I have found my new source for carving supplies .
